Two major rivals in the video game industry, Microsoft and Sony, have decided to work together to improve their streaming capabilities. Microsoft’s Azure cloud computing platform will be used by the rivals to support gaming and digital content streaming services. This came to be as Google decided to release Stadia, a platform that allows players to stream games to any device they wish. Google hopes Stadia will be the Netflix and Spotify of gaming, by making console playing games available worldwide. How can this work?
